Not only is Turley a friendly environment to work in, the opportunities for career development and training are plentiful. I completed my APC earlier this year and had full support from my personal APC mentor who was there to guide me along the way and was always on hand to answer questions. I also recently completed the Assistant Development Programme which provided training in a number of areas including business acumen, presentation skills and assertive communication. It was an informative course and great to meet and learn alongside co-owners from different offices around the UK.
