Our Graduate Programme

We’re committed to ensuring our co-owners get the best possible start to their careers. Our graduate programme includes a mix of structured skills development, exposure to high profile projects and clients and a supportive environment to grow your confidence and professional expertise, working amongst talented colleagues from across all our services. As an employee-owned company, at Turley you will be encouraged to be yourself, make your best contribution and to share in the success of the company.

I joined Turley’s Graduate Programme in September 2024 as an Assistant Planner, working as a central resource across all business units. This role has given me the opportunity to gain valuable experience across three different jurisdictions, broadening my understanding of the planning system both in Northern Ireland and in England. I have been supported throughout by colleagues across the business, whose guidance has helped me to develop my planning knowledge and build confidence in a range of projects and policy contexts.

I joined what was then a newly-established Economics team in 2013, straight out of university. I quickly got involved in a range of exciting projects before developing specific interests that I have been encouraged to pursue and drive forwards, with licence to innovate and think creatively to support our clients. I now take overall responsibility for this area of our team’s work as a Director.
