Life at Turley

We are a fully employee-owned company. This means that all our co-owners have an equal interest and responsibility in our service and success.

All co-owners have opportunities to grow both professionally and personally through work experiences, mentoring, training and development and through our Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) work including work with our Charitable Trust.

We strive to create an inclusive environment so that our co-owners can be their genuine self at work. Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) group, Embrace, work with our Leadership Team to progress our EDI priorities.

We operate a blended flexible working model, allowing co-owners choice, freedom and flexibility as to where, when and how they work, balancing personal, team and client needs. You can find out more about flexibility and reward on our main website.

I have been with Turley for over 10 years. Through that period, I have grown personally and professionally. Whether building homes in Sierra Leone, taking part in a charity pantomime or leading the national design team, I have been supported to be my best self.  The company is true to its values and inspires people to be true to theirs. Working at Turley has become so much more than a job for me, the friends I’ve made and opportunities I’ve been given have enabled me to craft a balanced and rewarding life that I am proud of.

Since joining Turley, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to and lead on a diverse range of projects for an impressive array of clients across England and Wales. Along the way, I’ve been supported in building my presence within the industry through a variety of engaging business development opportunities. These experiences have been pivotal to my career progression and my chartership journey. I’m proud to be part of such an experienced, forward thinking and inspiring team.
